Terms of Use

Updated 13 August 2026

Plain terms for using this site. NavigAI is run by one person; these terms describe what the site offers, how you may use it, and the limits of what I can promise. This is not a substitute for a formal legal review — when a registered company stands behind the project, official details will be added here.

What this site is

NavigAI presents AI systems for business and lets you try parts of them: a translation sandbox on the first screen, an AI advisor, a live chat and an enquiry form. The demonstrations run on live models and are meant to show how the tools work, not to be a finished product you buy off this page. Paid work — building a site or system for your business — is agreed separately, in a direct conversation, with its own scope and price.

How you may use it

Use the site to learn about the services, try the tools and get in touch. Please don't use it to break the law, send someone else's data without a basis, attempt to overload or probe the infrastructure, or resell access to the tools. The tools have usage limits so they stay available to everyone. If you hit a limit, it isn't a fault — write to me and we'll talk directly.

About the AI tools

The translation and the advisor's answers are generated automatically by a language model. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and they are provided for demonstration. Don't treat them as professional, legal, financial or medical advice, and check anything important before you rely on it. A person — me — stands behind the enquiry form and the live chat, but replies there are also not formal advice until we've agreed the terms of a project.

Content and brand

The NavigAI name, the texts, the design and the code of this site are mine. You may view the site and share links to it, but not copy its content or code for your own product without permission. What you write to me — your enquiry, your messages — stays yours; I use it only to reply and to do the work you asked for, as the privacy policy describes.

No warranty, and limits

The site and its demo tools are provided “as is”. I can't promise they'll always be available, error-free or uninterrupted — a demo on live models sometimes degrades, and the page says so honestly when it does. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses arising from use of the free tools on this site. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Once we agree a paid project, that work has its own terms, separate from this page.

Which law applies

The service is provided from Slovenia, in the European Union, and these terms are read under Slovenian and EU law. When the project's legal form is registered, its name, address and identifier will be added here and this section updated. If something in these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Changes

If how the site or tools work changes, this text changes with it and the date above is updated. Keep an eye on that date if the terms matter to you.
